My children are my inspiration. Not just in writing these verses, but throughout my life. There have been times when I wanted to throw my hands in the air and give up. But then I’d look at them and know that was not an option. They have pushed me to be my best when I felt my worst. They brought inspiration to me when I thought I had nothing left to give. They loved me when I didn’t love myself. They are my sunshine and my solace. If I have given them half as much as they have given me, I will be content.
